Anne Stratioti

Anne began her hospitality career with ZMC Hotels in 1999. She has more than twenty years of experience in operations, customer service, reputation management, website development, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click advertising. Prior to joining ZMC, Anne operated her own business and held positions involving production and inventory control, materials management, food service, and retail sales. As the Vice President – Administration, Anne is involved in all aspects of hotel operations including, but not limited to, problem resolution, reporting and analysis, hotel guest incident intake, and working with executive staff and hotel general managers. Anne is also the office manager for the Duluth office, property land manager, and coordinates the annual management conference.
