Jennifer joined ZMC Hotels in January of 2024 with 30 years-experience in the hospitality industry, serving numerous roles in operations, accounting, and human resources.

Jennifer started her career with the renowned Royal Caribbean International.  As an introduction to hospitality, she developed her knowledge in many areas of the operation of the cruise line, specifically guest services, accounting, and human resources.  Jennifer proved to be successful and was promoted to various leadership roles within her time at Royal Caribbean.  Her experience enabled her to move to serving in the hotel industry.  She started as the Front Office Manager with DoubleTree Hotels by Hilton.  She was quickly promoted to Director of Human Resources and continued her journey serving in this role at two additional full- service properties with Wyndam Hotels & Resorts.

Jennifer has spent the last fifteen years as the Corporate Director of Human Resources working for an award-winning hotel management company.  In this role, Jennifer was responsible for the overall human resource operation of the entire hotel portfolio, up to 28 properties in 12 states, with 1200 employees.  She gained valuable experience of new hotel builds, acquisitions, and continued to develop her broad knowledge in the human resources discipline.
