JoAnn Mattson

JoAnn has more than sixteen years’ experience in employee relations and benefit administration. Since joining ZMC Hotels in 1997, she has developed the human resources function through close partnership with the executive team and General Managers on staffing needs and the development of new policies and procedures, as the company experienced exponential growth. As the Vice President of Human Resources at ZMC Hotels, JoAnn is responsible for human resource management in every state ZMC has a presence. JoAnn administers new policy, deals with employee issues, manages company benefits, and assists with workers’ compensation claims. She counsels General Managers and others on personnel issues and benefits administration, and she works closely with the company’s benefits vendors, insurance providers, and legal counsel.
