MIDWEST REGION (May 23, 2022) – Chris Johnson will have operational oversight of our new Midwest Region, initially consisting of the latest addition to ZMC Hotels, LLC in Illinois and Indiana.
Chris has successfully served in a variety of leadership positions, including most recently leading the team to convert the 354-room Omni Jacksonville Downtown, FL to a Marriott, and prior to that as General Manager of the 416-room Westin Chicago Northwest, IL and 388-room Sheraton Brookfield, WI. Chris also held positions as Regional Management Director and Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management. Chris brings a strong background in food and beverage to ensure seamless operational success at the Courtyard by Marriott and Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Fort Wayne, and the Hyatt Place Downtown Bloomington, IN. Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Western Illinois University.
