Daniel French

Daniel joined ZMC Hotels in 2005 as Manager of the Technical Support Team and was promoted to Information Technology Manager in 2010. His background includes IT infrastructure design, systems integration, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise application management across hospitality and real estate operations.

Daniel is responsible for the information technology strategy and overall IT management for ZMC Hotels, overseeing company staff and external vendors supporting all technology initiatives. Given the geographically diverse nature of the real estate and hospitality industries, his focus centers on cloud computing, data management, and security. He has designed and implemented internal payment security and incident response programs to manage PCI compliance across all company hotels. Daniel also leads the integration of multiple cloud platforms and property management, accounting, and operational systems, ensuring teams use the most current tools to effectively scale the business.
