Shelly Howard

Shelly joined ZMC Hotels with more than 20 years of sales leadership and community outreach experience, having built and led high-performing sales teams and developed new business opportunities across advertising, marketing, and senior housing. She previously served as Director of Sales for major media companies, including CBS and the Star Tribune in Minneapolis, and has held leadership roles on multiple Chamber boards and city development commissions.

Shelly oversees sales efforts for multiple hotel properties across Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Based in Duluth, she works closely with the ZMC Revenue Management team, Area Sales Managers, and the eCommerce and Marketing teams to drive performance, grow market share, and support revenue initiatives across the region.
