Tauna Happner

Tauna joined ZMC Hotels in 2014 as Procurement Manager. She began her hospitality career as a front desk agent, steadily advancing through operations over the past 17 years, including 15 years in hotel management. Throughout her career, she has been recognized with multiple industry and company honors, including the ZMC General Manager of the Year Award in 2016 and 2017, the Radisson/Carlson President’s Award in 2015 and from 2017 through 2021, and the Radisson “Be Our Guest” Service Award from 2015 through 2020.

Tauna oversees ZMC Hotels’ sourcing and supply chain functions, implementing effective purchasing policies, systems, and procedures. She supports hotel construction and property improvement initiatives across the portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
