She is responsible for driving revenue performance, fostering a strong revenue culture at the property level, and partnering closely with operations and sales teams. She delivers clear, data-driven insights to support ownership and asset-level decision-making, with a focus on improving RevPAR, market share, and long-term asset value through disciplined strategy and consistent execution.
