
Alison Reddig
MIDWEST REGION
Alison Reddig joined ZMC in 2025 as the Vice President of Operations, Midwest Region, where she provides operational leadership for 11 hotels in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania bringing a unique blend of hands-on experience, leadership, and a deep-rooted passion for hospitality, development, and guest experience.
Alison has 18 years of diverse and progressive experience in the hospitality industry beginning in 2008 when she took the role of Food and Beverage Director at Sheraton followed by leadership positions with both Sheraton and Westin. She then became General Manager at Hotel Indigo and eventually evolved into a Director of Onboarding role, where she successfully coached and mentored over 100 General Managers through one-on-one training and support.
In 2024, Alison stepped into a Regional Director position with Hilton and Marriott brands prior to joining ZMC Hotels.
