Jenn Kimbrough


As Vice President of Sales, Jenn Kimbrough is responsible for the overall sales strategy and direction of the field sales teams for 50 hotels in 17 states, which includes limited service, select service, extended stay and private label categories. As a hands-on leader, she is dedicated to training, development, and oversight and provides the field sales team with the tools and resources necessary to maximize revenue and market share. Jenn joined ZMC hotels in 2017 as the Regional Director of Sales for the Western region and was promoted to her current role in 2020. Her portfolio experience includes Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Best West, Choice, Radisson, Wyndham, and independent hotels.

Prior to joining ZMC Hotels, Jenn held senior leadership roles with two hotel management companies in Arizona, where she honed her skills in hotel sales, operations, revenue management, and employee training and mentoring. The experience she gained overseeing hotel renovations, brand conversions, and new hotel openings makes her an excellent candidate to lead our sales department through continued growth and expansion.
