Jennifer DeLuca
Jennifer joined ZMC Hotels in January 2024, bringing 30 years of hospitality experience across operations, accounting, and human resources. She began her career with Royal Caribbean International, advancing into leadership roles while gaining experience in guest services, accounting, and HR, before transitioning to the hotel industry as Front Office Manager with DoubleTree by Hilton. She was later promoted to Director of Human Resources at multiple full-service Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties.
Jennifer oversees all human resources functions across the hotel portfolio, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and compliance at ZMC Hotels. She partners with hotel leadership to strengthen culture, ensure adherence to employment regulations, and support scalable growth across the organization.

• Society of Human Resources Management Certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
