Rick Henderson

Rick joined Hall Equities Group in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Design and Construction, bringing more than 40 years of construction experience spanning commercial and residential projects. He began his career as an apprentice carpenter in the mid-1970s and progressed to managing more than $1 billion in retail construction between 2010 and 2016. Rick has overseen projects across the Washington, DC metro area, Hawaii, and the Seattle region, and previously owned and operated his own construction firm.

Rick leads development efforts across the portfolio, advancing active projects with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and execution. His team is responsible for delivering projects that achieve the highest and best use for each asset while creating value for all stakeholders on an accelerated timeline.
