Rick Henderson

Rick has over forty years of experience in construction, starting out as an apprentice carpenter in the mid-seventies and advancing to managing over $1 billion in retail construction from 2010 to 2016. Rick has overseen multiple projects from the Washington DC metro area to Hawaii to the Seattle region. He has deep experience in commercial and residential construction, and previously operated his own construction firm for a number of years. Rick joined in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of Design and Construction. His team objectives are to advance all active development projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner to bring the highest and best values to all stakeholders in the shortest possible time frame.
