Sean Suess

Sean joined ZMC Hotels in 2025 as Project Manager for Facilities and Construction Management, bringing more than 25 years of experience across hospitality, operational leadership, and construction project management. His background includes leadership roles with Marriott hotels, followed by work in restoration management and project oversight across both commercial and residential sectors, including projects with companies such as See’s Candies and custom home build initiatives.

Sean applies his diverse experience to support development and operational projects across the ZMC Hotels portfolio, focusing on efficient execution, clear stakeholder communication, and consistent, high-quality results.
