Sean joined ZMC Hotels in September 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in hospitality, operational leadership and construction project management. His career includes leadership roles with Marriott hotels, followed by positions in restoration management, and project oversight across both commercial and residential sectors, working with companies such as See’s Candies and managing custom home build initiatives. Sean leverages this diverse background to deliver efficient project execution, strong stakeholder communication, and consistent results.
