Shelby Gallagher

Shelby joined ZMC Hotels in 2022, bringing more than 10 years of hospitality experience with Hilton and Marriott branded hotels. Her background includes hands-on experience supporting the marketing and sales of multiple hotel food and beverage outlets, as well as more than 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Through her career, Shelby has developed a strong foundation in hotel sales, marketing, and revenue-focused collaboration.

Shelby oversees the sales efforts for multiple hotel properties across Illinois, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. She leads cross-functional collaboration with the ZMC Revenue Management, Sales, and eCommerce/Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted, integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue.
