Tauna Happner

Tauna joined ZMC Hotels in 2014 as the General Manager of the Country Inn & Suites of Houghton, MI. She began her hospitality career in high school as a breakfast attendant, then front desk agent as she worked her way up through operations. Tauna has spent the past 17 years in the hospitality industry, including 15 years in hotel management. As the Procurement Manager for ZMC Hotels, Tauna is responsible for managing the company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain, while implementing sound purchasing policies, systems & procedures. She is focused on our hotel construction and property improvement project plans for our portfolio.
