Terry Ammons

Terry joined ZMC Hotels in 2023, bringing more than 25 years of hospitality experience across operations, sales, and above-property leadership. He began his career as a Hampton Inn Night Auditor and progressed to General Manager before serving as a pre-opening manager for a new Hampton Inn and later as Dual General Manager when a Holiday Inn Express opened adjacent to the property. Throughout his career, Terry has also held roles as Director of Sales, Regional Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations.

Terry oversees hotel performance across multiple properties, ensuring operational excellence, brand compliance, and strong financial results. He partners closely with on-site leadership teams to drive revenue growth, elevate guest experience, and support long-term asset value.
