ZMC Hotels, LLC has been selected to manage the 200-room limited-service Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites in California. The hotel is currently transitioning to become the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Buena Park. This addition brings ZMC Hotels’ portfolio to 50 hotels under management.
The Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites is within walking distance of Knott’s Berry Farm, Medieval Times, and Pirates Dinner Adventure. It is also just a short drive from Disneyland Park, the Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, and Adventure City. “We’re excited to add this hotel to our portfolio, making it our second hotel in California,” said John Henry, President & CEO of ZMC Hotels. “Adding the Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites strengthens our presence in this market and enables both hotels to leverage synergies and efficiencies to enhance operating performance.”
