ZMC Hotels, LLC Awarded Management of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati North/Forest Park, Ohio

ZMC Hotels, LLC was selected to manage the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati North/Forest Park, Ohio. This addition will bring ZMC Hotels’ portfolio to 55 hotels under management.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott has 124 suites featuring ample separate sleeping and sitting areas, with a pull-out trundle bed, fridge and microwave for even more space and convenience. The hotel is just off I-275, downtown Cincinnati, Fountain Square, King’s Island Amusement Park, Jungle Jim’s International Market, Mercy Hospital, and Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill are an easy drive. The hotel is near many restaurants and shopping.

ZMC Hotels, LLC was selected to manage the Four Points by Sheraton Columbus-Polaris, a Marriott franchise, in Columbus, Ohio. This addition will bring ZMC Hotels’ portfolio to 56 hotels under management.

The Four Points by Sheraton Columbus-Polaris, OH has 100 modern rooms featuring luxury bedding, free Wi-Fi access, ergonomic workspaces and flat-screen TVs. The hotel is located off I-71 on Polaris Parkway, providing easy access to an array of shopping, dining and entertainment options in the Polaris area. Visit top area destinations, including Polaris Fashion Place, the Quest Conference Center, the Columbus Zoo and Hollywood Casino. Business travelers will appreciate an easy commute to local corporations, such as JP Morgan Chase and Vertiv.

ZMC Hotels, LLC was selected to manage the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This addition will bring ZMC Hotels’ portfolio to 55 hotels under management.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott has 151 roomy suites with separate workspace and inviting outdoor patio and grill for guests.  The hotel is located just a mile from the Nebraska border at the intersection of Interstate 80 and 29. It is next door to the Mid-America Center, Bass Pro Shops, and Horseshoe Casino and within two miles of Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, CHI Health Center and the Historic Old Market District. Local offices for Tyson, Google, Conagra, and Amazon are nearby.

ZMC Hotels, LLC Awarded Management of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Muskogee

ZMC Hotels, LLC was selected to manage the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This addition will bring ZMC Hotels’ portfolio to 54 hotels under management.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott has 85 rooms and places emphasis on the beauty of simplicity focused on delivering an inviting and seamless experience for guests with fewer amenities, but all the comfort expected from a Marriott. The hotel is located about 20 miles southwest of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Guests are close to two casinos, many restaurants and historic sites like Fort Gibson and the Five Civilized Tribes Museum. Georgia Pacific and Dal-Tile corporate offices are within a few miles of the hotel.

ZMC Hotels, LLC was selected to manage the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Savannah Midtown in Georgia. This addition will bring ZMC Hotels’ portfolio to 53 hotels under management.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott is located on Abercorn Street, offering restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel is near Savannah Mall and Hunter Army Airfield, a quick drive from historic downtown and Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). The SpringHill Suites hotel is about three miles down Abercorn Street from our Fairfield Inn & Suites.

The Courtyard by Marriott is a 128‐room select service hotel in the Northeastern part of the greater Atlanta metro area just off the highway 285 loop.  The hotel is near the Northlake business district and its many popular parks, museums, shops, and restaurants.  This includes the Georgia Aquarium, Stone Mountain, and World of Coca Cola.

Shivaay Hospitality Breaks Ground on TownePlace Suites in Pell City, Alabama

ZMC Hotels, LLC was honored on September 27, 2023, to take part in the groundbreaking of the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott being built in Pell City, Alabama.

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott is expected cost $12 million and is scheduled to open January 2025 as an extended stay hotel with 89 rooms and approximately 20 employees. ZMC Hotels will assume management of the TownePlace Suites in the months leading up to its opening.

Dee Patel, managing shareholder for Shivaay Hospitality, LLC, lead the groundbreaking team stating, “We have been looking at the growing Pell City market for the right location and believe this is the perfect fit for our guests.”

ZMC Hotels, LLC was selected to manage the Courtyard by Marriott Montgomery, Alabama – bringing ZMC Hotels’ portfolio to 50 hotels under management.

The Courtyard by Marriott is a 146-room hotel located in Montgomery, AL about 100 miles south of Birmingham and Oxford.  The hotel is well-positioned just off Interstate 85 at the highway 231 loop.  Montgomery is the capital city of Alabama and the second most populous city in Alabama, which makes it a center for conventions and events in Alabama.

ZMC Hotels Welcomes Terry Ammons, Vice President of Operations, Southern Region

Southern Region (June 2023) – ZMC Hotels, LLC would like to welcome Terry Ammons as Vice President of Operations, Southern Region, which currently includes hotels located in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Alabama.

Terry brings over 25 years of hospitality and multi-property experience from his time with Beechwood Hotel Group and O’Springs Inn, LLC. Terry began his career as a Hampton Inn Night Auditor and worked his way up to General Manager before moving to pre-opening manager of a new Hampton Inn and later as dual General Manager when a Holiday Inn Express was built next door.  He has also held roles as Director of Sales, Regional Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations.

As a General Manager, Terry was invited to participate in Hampton Inn’s Circle of Leadership, a small elite group of high performing managers within the brand.  He also served as part of the inaugural group of Hampton Inn Brand Ambassadors.  Terry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee.

ZMC Hotels, LLC Awarded Management of Three Hotels in Pennsylvania and Arizona

On February 1, 2023, ZMC Hotels, LLC was selected to manage three hotels located in Pennsylvania and Arizona, which were simultaneously acquired by Zenith Asset Company IV, LLC (ZAC IV, LLC). The addition of these three hotels brings ZMC Hotels’ managed portfolio to 46 hotels across 16 states.

Two of the three new hotels, the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh/Harmarville, PA and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh/Harmarville, PA, are located off the Pennsylvania Turnpike, making both hotels a convenient stop for travelers and are just a few miles from the Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills, RIDC O’Hara, and UPMC St. Margaret Hospital. The Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh/Harmarville opened in 2015 with 108 rooms and shares a parking lot with the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh/Harmarville, which opened in 2016 with 94 rooms. Guests on upper floors of both hotels have views of the Allegheny River. ZMC Hotels also manages the Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh/Waterfront-West Homestead, allowing for market synergies to enhance performance of all three Pittsburgh hotels.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Havasu – London Bridge, AZ opened in 2018 with 96 rooms. Its proximity to the famed London Bridge makes it a prime location for drive-market leisure travelers from the Los Angeles basin, Las Vegas, and Phoenix metro areas. The adjacent English Village Retail & Marina, also acquired by ZAC IV, LLC on February 1st, has numerous restaurants, retail stores and a marina, providing complimentary amenities to hotel guests. ZMC Hotels also manages the Hampton Inn Lake Havasu City, AZ, enabling the two hotels to leverage market efficiencies. ZMC Hotels has also been selected to develop and construct a premium brand hotel on a high profile waterfront development site adjacent to the English Village Retail & Marina, providing for additional market strength. It is anticipated that this new hotel will be the premier Hospitality asset located on the shore of Lake Havasu.
