(March 11, 2022) – ZAC Holdings, LLC acquired the 113-room Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh/Waterfront-West Homestead located on the scenic Monongahela River just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. This idyllic hotel features outdoor seating and a gas fireplace overlooking the majestic river, a large fitness center and pool area for recreation, generous meeting space, and an incredibly warm and welcoming Team.
The Hampton Inn & Suites is managed by ZMC Hotels, LLC, and is now part of ZMC’s Lakes Region, overseen by Paul McHenry, Vice President of Operations. We’re happy to welcome Marianne Linder to ZMC Hotels as General Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites. Marianne was critical in providing continuity in leadership through the transition, enabling the retention of every single employee –paramount in today’s tight labor market. ZMC Hotels is currently finalizing interior design with Hilton Hotels for an upcoming property improvement plan as part of a new 15-year franchise license agreement.
